Khon Kaen University entered a joint venture with Miss Lily Co., Ltd. to establish KKU Miss Lily Holding Co., Ltd. The holding company has a registered capital of 40 million Baht. Miss Lily hold 51% of the shares, while the university hold 49%, in line with the policies of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation as well as those of Khon Kaen University Council, the latter aiming to stimulate more commercial research in collaboration with the private sector.
